And a little story I came across the other day and realized I hadn't shared here (this was back when we had only ten children):
I took my younger eight to Walmart with me yesterday. While checking us out, I noticed the lady counting down the line. "Eight?" she asked me.
"Well, we actually have ten. The oldest two are working with their dad today."
"And you look so young!" she gushed. "And you're so calm. And you don't even look stressed out!"
On the way home, Nina said very sincerely, "Mommy, wasn't that lady at the check-out so nice? How she said you don't even look 'stretched-out'?"
